Kasidesk ("we", "us") provides software development services including workflow automation, web data collection, and AI integration ("Services"), operated from the United States.
Each engagement is defined by a written scope (message thread, proposal, or order page) stating deliverables, price, delivery date, and number of revisions. Work outside the agreed scope requires a new agreement.
Projects arranged through third-party platforms (e.g., Upwork) are governed by that platform's payment terms. Direct engagements are invoiced as agreed in writing before work begins.
You are responsible for providing timely access to the accounts, tools, and information reasonably needed to deliver the work, and for ensuring you have the right to authorize work on systems you ask us to modify.
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables built specifically for you. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and general-purpose components used to build them, licensed to you for use within the deliverable.
Services are provided "as is." Automations depend on third-party platforms and websites that change without notice; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of deliverables after handoff unless covered by an active maintenance agreement. We make no guarantee of specific business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; the current version is always available at this page. Continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance.
